The Nation's Basketball Gamers Association Executive Committee is attempting to push out its leader and Oklahoma City Thunder guard Derek Fisher, for reasons not fully described, with La Clippers guard and executive committee member Chris Paul proving itself to be a possible alternative.

NBPA v . p . and Washington Magicians guard-forward Mo Evans told USA TODAY Sports on Sunday that Paul would need to be nominated and chosen. Until that may happen, executive committee first v . p . and Boston Celtics guard Keyon Dooling could be interim leader.

"We can not, by bylaws, say who will probably be the leader. that will must see a election," Evans stated. "Chris Paul's title may circulate among the gamers who could fulfill that role, considering that he's a more youthful player (at 26), around the executive committee and performed a crucial role throughout the lockout. He's the respect of lots of gamers."

But Fisher, 37, would need to resign, so that as lately as Friday he stated that will not happen.
